Palawan is our last frontier in terms of biodiversity. It's lush mountains are home to various species of animals, plants and to our very own Wonder of Nature, the Underground River.

Cold Ginger Brew with lemon or iced tea
This drink will the best replacement for the usual lemonade, iced tea or juice. First, Ginger has antioxidants and medicinal benefits. Second, it's cheap and abundant. 3rd, it has a light spicy kick, that other drinks does not have.
I first tried Toastbox's lemon ginger drink and loved it, their version has fresh ground ginger. Then I found out that there are instant Ginger brew (one of them was a local brand from our town!) from supermarkets with brown sugar already. And the addiction started. Never thought that I would adore this drink, which the oldies like. haha and beside I was never a singer(ginger is believed to help soothe tired singing voice).
I mix the ginger brew in cold water and then calamansi juice or lemon. But if you don't have these fruits, you might also want to try mixing the ginger brew with powdered iced tea. Convenient right?
When I went to Palawan, I also had ginger tea with lemon at Ka Lui's. See, it's soon becoming the in thing.
I also found another version of this drink: Lemongrass and ginger iced tea.

But my singing voice is yet to improve. Try this now!
Vitamilk Chocoshake
This is good. Packed with soymilk flavored with choco. "Mouth-watering aroma from the smooth real cocoa and malt extract. High-quality protein from natural non-GMO whole soybeans. Source of multi-vitamins & minerals Cholesterol-free"
It's from Charlotte Trading, the makers of Orion chocopie(like this too)
GMO-free! yes. and it's only 25pesos from 7-eleven.
Also, the botlle gives it a "like good old times" feel. Can't wait to have mine!
